Private Master Instruction Class by Artist Natacha Sochat
Master instruction oil painting classes are styled with one or a maximum of two students per class. This is in order to focus on individualized student need. It is for any level of ability or experience. A student may concentrate on mastering a medium, technique or style. In time a student may wish to think about other creative possibilities to expand their visual language. When students are ready, they can delve into exploring their own work and what they wish it to be. These classes are not for any specific medium, but rather what medium each student currently wishes to experience, with ongoing discussions of ideas.
If you don’t know as yet where you wish to go with your work, then a simple Master instruction class may suit your needs. You can concentrate on style/technique as long as you wish. When you are ready you can start exploring many other possibilities in the creative process.
Master instruction class is once per week (10am-1:30pm with a 30 minute lunch break), the student chooses the fixed day of the week or weekend that they prefer. Each class is 3 hours for a period of 6 weeks at a time. Some students may opt for twice a week for 3 weeks. The choice is theirs if feasible.
Students are expected to bring all their own materials. Easels and side tables will be present at site. Contact Natacha for list of materials needed for each class.

Natacha Sochat
Natacha Sochat is an accomplished multidisciplinary artist who can paint in any style and in numerous mediums. She is adept and knowledgeable at using oil or water based paint as a medium. Natacha has decades of experience and a large knowledge of all the processes artists use in execution of their work. Natacha completed her MFA in studio art at Tufts University/School of the Museum of Fine Arts Boston, MA.
